Annual Fall Student Survey

The annual fall student survey helps the Bullhead City School District gain input from students about their school experience. We will use the results of this survey to help guide planning and make improvements to our schools as we strive to ensure we are providing a positive and supportive environment for students to learn. While your child may not benefit from these changes immediately, the progress made at the school may help your child and other children in the future.

Though we would like all selected students to give their feedback, this survey is completely voluntary and no action will be taken against your child, you, or the school if your child does not participate.

We will administer the survey to students in grades 3–8 online through the Panorama platform during the week of October 6, 2025. The survey will take about 10 minutes for the students to complete. Please follow the link to view a sample of the survey questions.
