Annual Fall Student Survey
We invite your child to participate in the annual fall student survey, which helps the Bullhead City School District gather valuable feedback directly from students about their school experience. We will administer this year’s survey during the week of October 26, 2026, and is intentionally shorter to help us better identify specific strengths and needs across our school sites.
The survey includes nine questions for students in grades 3–4 and 10 questions for students in grades 5–8. You may review all survey questions below. The questions are also included on the consent form sent home with your child.
Although we encourage all students to share their feedback, participation is completely voluntary. No action will be taken against your child, you, or the school if your child does not participate. Please see our Annual Fall Student Survey news article for a list of sample questions.
