Registration and Immunizations

If you are new to the area or have a child who will be entering kindergarten in the fall, this page contains all the information you will need to register your child for this coming school year. Please note, we are a four-day school week district.

Registration Requirements

When you’re ready to enroll your child for the first time in one of our schools, please come to the office of the school your child will attend to complete the necessary registration documents. (If you do not know which school your child will attend, stop by the district office. We’ll be happy to assist you.)

If you are already a student within our district and need to enroll in another school (or add classes to your schedule), you may do so through your ParentVUE/Synergy account.

First-time registration documents required:

  • Home address
  • Home or work phone
  • Parent/Guardian names
  • Emergency contact information
  • Home language survey
  • Student medical information

Be sure to bring the following documents as well. We will make copies for our files and return them to you.

  • Certified copy of your child’s birth certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Proof of residency
    • Utility or phone bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement
  •  Most recent report card or transcript

If your child is transferring to us from another district, we’ll also have you complete a “Request for Records” at this time. (Note: Any student who has been expelled or is currently under suspension may not enroll without prior approval of the administration.)
