Arizona Veterans Memorial Park
Arizona Veterans Memorial Park is a history lesson unto itself. The north area of the park sits on Rio Grande Road and has a set of panels with the names of all Arizonians killed in a century of conflicts. The eternal flame and greenspace of the southside is a popular place for family picnics.

Colorado River
Coursing more than a thousand miles from the Rockies to the Sea of Cortez, the Colorado River is a go-to recreation source for boating, water and jet skiing, fishing, and swimming. Launch ramps and watercraft rental services are available all along the river. And many residents enjoy strolling the Heritage Trail to watch the boats and waterfowl.

Colorado River Museum
Our local museum features a collection of Mojave artifacts, pottery, photographs, and local gemstones. But the pièces de résistance is a fossilized nautilus snail. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Hardyville Pioneer Cemetery
Named for an early resident and politician of Bullhead (previously known as Hardyville), this historic landmark is all that’s left of the ghost town that Hardyville became after the railroad moved to Kingman.

Lake Mohave Resort
Located nine miles north of Bullhead City, the resort boasts a marina, boat rentals, picnic area, and RV facilities for visitors and locals alike.
