The purpose of our Fall Student Survey is to gain input from students about their school experience. We will use the feedback students contribute to help make improvements to our schools to ensure we provide a positive and supportive place for students to learn. The changes made at the school may help your child and other children in the future; benefits from taking the survey may not be immediate.
We would like all selected students to take part in the survey, but this survey is completely voluntary and no action will be taken against the school, you, or your child if your child does not participate.
The survey will take about ten minutes for the students to complete and will be administered online through the Panorama platform during the week of October 21, 2024. Please follow the link(s) to view a copy of the survey questions and the Parent Consent Letter.
Once you have completed the Parent Consent Letter, please return it to your child’s school to give permission for him/her to take the Fall Student Survey.
